Everything an athlete needs, in one building.

Something hurts
A physical therapist, a chiropractor and a massage therapist work here, and between them they work out what put the load there.
The Practice
You want more out of your body
Coached hours on a program written for how you move, rewritten as that changes. Treatment is in the same building, so a season does not have to stop for it.

Everybody here works on the same person.
The place is run by professionals who work on the same athlete together and who talk to each other about you. What comes back is one plan rather than a set of separate opinions you have to referee.
Between them they work out the one thing worth doing next, to keep you healthy and to get more out of you.
What you can bookInjury prevention comes before performance.
Most training sells more output. More weight on the bar, more speed, more reps, stacked on a body that is already covering for something. We are not trying to put more stress through you. We are giving your body what it needs to take what a season already puts on it.
What we find in you decides what you do, in your sport, at your level, and it is adapted day to day as your body changes.

An hour on the floor.
Five to ten athletes to a coach, so somebody is watching your reps and correcting them while you do them. You work off your own program rather than the room's.
Football, baseball, basketball, soccer, volleyball and track. Middle school through professional, and plenty of our members play nothing at all.
What a session isYou can't use what you don't train.
Chad Marr's line, and the order the work runs in. Nobody here writes you anything before they have watched you move.
We watch you move
A set of positions, most of them on one leg, because on one leg there is nothing to lean on. One side of your body gets compared against the other.
What does not match gets written down
That list is your plan. It is also the reason the sore spot is rarely the problem: when one part stops doing its job another part covers for it, and the part that covers is the part that eventually hurts.
The right professional takes it
Hands on the tissue, a needle into it, an adjustment, or an hour on the floor under load. Often more than one of them, in an order somebody decided on purpose.
We look again
The new picture goes beside the old one, so you can see what changed instead of taking our word for it. A body that gets used drifts, so this does not stop.
