Health is what the training is for.

Train in Southlake

Coached small-group training, built on an assessment of how your body moves. A coach writes your program and tells you what each movement in it is for.

How training works

An hour on the floor.

Your program is written before you get here. You train off yours, not the room's, and the corrective work is inside it rather than a warm-up in front of it.

Five to ten athletes to one coach. Your coach takes you through each movement, watches every set, and fixes it while you are doing it.

Weight goes up when you can hold the position under the weight you already have. Your coach makes that call, not the calendar.

When you leave, your coach writes up what you did and how it went. That write-up is what your next session is built from, which is why nobody here asks you how last week went.

Your program

How your program gets written.

Nobody writes you a program before they have watched you move.

01

Assess

Your first visit is a BoxMatrix® assessment. A coach records how each side of your body moves before anything is written down.

02

Build the plan

A coach writes your program off that assessment. Every movement on it answers something they found on you, and they will tell you which one.

03

Check it again

We put you back through the screen as you progress and set the two side by side, so you can see what changed instead of taking our word for it.

Tell us where you are and we will come back with what fits and what is open.

The honest arithmetic

It is not another thing to fit in.

You probably already lift at school. That session is written for sixty kids at once. This one is written for how your body moves, so for most people it takes the place of the team lift instead of sitting on top of it.

In season we take the volume down and keep the structure. Nobody leaves here wrecked for Friday.

Miss a week and nothing is lost. It is there when you get back.

In the building, or from anywhere.

Both of them are the same method and the same library. What changes is whether a coach is standing next to you while you do it.

In SouthlakeHow often you come is yours to decide, and it moves with your season.
From anywhereIf you cannot get here, the same work is in our app, filmed on our own floor, with a coach you can message about your own body. It is the BoxMatrix® library, and it is the one thing here that does not need you in the building.

We tell you what it costs in the first message back. There is no sit-down, no package meeting, and nobody is going to call you twice.

If something hurts

Your coach talks to your therapist.

Physical therapy, chiropractic and massage are in this building. A multidisciplinary team, on the whole athlete, so nothing has to stop while you go and get looked at.
