A multidisciplinary team.

The Practice

Physical therapy, chiropractic, massage and dry needling under one roof, working on the whole athlete. You will not have to work out which one you need.

The place that hurts is not usually the place that caused it.

Pain shows up where the load lands, which is downstream of wherever your body stopped organizing force. The first job here is working out what put the load there in the first place.

What happens

Four steps, in order.

Every one of them produces something written down, so your next appointment starts where the last one finished rather than from the top.

01

Somebody looks

Somebody watches you move, and compares one side of your body against the other. You leave with the finding and the plan, rather than an appointment to come back and hear it.

02

Find what is covering

Where one side is doing something the other side is not, it gets written down by name and by side. That is the record, and the next look gets set beside it so you can see what moved.

03

Treat it

Hands on the tissue, a needle into it, or an adjustment, depending on what the finding calls for. The treatment answers the finding rather than the sore spot.

04

Load it

A correction that never gets loaded does not hold, so the last step is putting weight back through it and seeing whether it does. We look again later, because a body that gets used drifts back.

Where you start

We will tell you what fits.

Describe what is going on and the team will come back with what we would start you on and when we can see you. You can also book any of it directly.

A session written out by hand in chalk on the board.

One building

Your therapist talks to your coach.

Both sit on the same method, so nothing is lost between them and you are not the one carrying the message between two practices.

The last step of a correction is putting weight back through it with somebody watching. That can happen the same afternoon.

What we do here.

Rates are not published. What you need decides what it costs, so the price comes back with the first reply.

MARR EvaluationA full look at how you move, both sides, written down. Where a plan comes from when somebody needs one.
Physical TherapyGetting you back under load after something has gone wrong, and making sure it holds when you do.
ChiropracticFor a joint that has stopped moving through the range it should have.
MassageSoft tissue work, aimed at the tissue that has been doing the covering.
Dry NeedlingA thin needle into muscle that will not let go on its own.
Corrective SessionHands on, on the treatment table, working the specific finding rather than a general area. Our most popular appointment.

Multi-session plans exist for physical therapy and ongoing care.

Describe what is going on and we will tell you which of these you need.
