Most training adds weight to a body that cannot carry it yet. Here somebody assesses how you move first, and the weight comes after that.
A squat is not a leg exercise. It is your feet, hips, spine and shoulders agreeing to do one job.
When one of them stops doing its share, another takes the load and that is the one that ends up hurting. A coach finds which one quit, works on it, loads it again, and checks it later.
Chad Marr wrote it. He still runs it.
The method is his. He spent years working out how a body moves force from the ground up, where that breaks down, and what puts it back. He proved it out on everybody from high school athletes to professionals.
